Shipping time:

We aim to have all orders shipped in one business day from the time of purchase. Based on your location, delivery could take from 2 to 5 days.

Tracking:

Shipping confirmation emails are sent upon dispatch with tracking details. Contact us for more information.

Returns:

If you need to cancel or alter your order, email us straight away so we can try to catch your order before it flies out the door. If it’s already gone don’t worry, you can return the unopened product immediately after you have received it and we will process the refund when we receive it, on the same payment method used to purchase it. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.
